CAN CH WALTZ STATE FAIR V SILVERSMITH (IMP CAN) BEAU'S GALLERY TRIVIA Beau arrived in the UK in 2006. He is named State Fair after the musical. Carole and Daniela waited nearly three years to get an Ethan Allen son. Ethan is one of a number of handsome upstanding males by Am Ch Windwalker's Graegle CD JH V BROM and Am Ch Silversmith Lady Gracie JH NSD BROM. Having found all of Ethan's brothers sharing the same characteristics this was the deciding factor in picking a male by Ethan. After two years of correspondence, Daniela finally met Ethan's owner, Pam Cherry, at a show in Sintra, Portugal in 2005. They met up again at the Weimaraner US Nationals held in Frankenmuth, Michigan in 2006 where Daniela showed Beau's half sister. Beau's grandsire, Am Ch Windwalker's Graeagle CD JH V BROM was bred and owned by Philip and Arlene Marshrey. As fate would have it, Daniela had spent the day at Crufts with Arlene some thirteen years previously. In 2007, Eden and Beau became parents for the first time, producing a litter of six beautiful chunky puppies. See some pictures here. His latest litter can be viewed in pictures here but you can also check out a video of his puppies here. At Darlington Championship Dog Show in September 2007, Eden and Beau did the double! From a 130 entries, Beau won his first CC and BOB and Eden took the bitch CC. Judge for the event was breed specialist, Tony Rainey from Ireland. Later in the day, Beau went on to be shortlisted in a strong Gundog Group. He is pictured top right on that very special day. Video footage was also taken of the dog challenge and can be viewed here!
